Tammy Williams is walking through Triple Negative Breast Cancer. At her latest doctor's visit, her tumors had reduced by about 50% — encouraging news as treatment continues. She needs a new port for another round of treatments after veins began collapsing, and our church family keeps walking with her through giving and prayer.
The Need
Tammy Williams has been part of our Pleasant Grove family for years. Right now she's facing Triple Negative Breast Cancer.
At her latest doctor's visit, her family shared that her tumors have reduced by about 50%. That's hopeful progress. Treatment is still ongoing: her veins have been collapsing, so she needs a new port before another round of treatments.
Tammy's family has also shared that they're fully trusting God with the outcome of this fight, even as it's been hard to watch her walk through it. That trust doesn't make the need any less real — and we want to help carry it with them.
Beyond what the family has already shared publicly, we're not going into further detail out of respect for Tammy's privacy. What we can tell you is this: the medical bills, travel, and everyday costs of this season are real, and they're heavy. As a church, we don't want her carrying that alone — financially or in prayer.
